Hi, I'm Megan.

I’m a yoga instructor, wellness expert, and interior stylist based in Brooklyn, NY. I’ve learned a lot from my personal experiences navigating physical, mental, and emotional health, and love to share the many tools I’ve gathered in the process. From anxiety, to insomnia, to digestion problems, to self-confidence-crushing acne - I’ve learned a lot about how our bodies work. But more importantly I’ve come to understand how everything we take in on a daily basis - and those things we absorbed in the past - impacts our bodies, our minds, and ultimately the experiences we will have moving forward.

As a highly sensitive person I tune in to create an environment and experience that delivers the intended somatic experience. Imagine if you could curate your life to just feel more calm, or more grounded; or perhaps more abundant, grateful, or optimistic? When we introduce this level of intentionality into our daily lives, we open the door to invite even more beauty in. The thing you want most isn’t out of your reach, but you have to create the environment for it to land in.
