  • TWO VIDEOS/MONTH: choose your favorite duo and receive one new video of each type each month, while keeping a rotating library of 3 videos (of each type) at all times.

SYNC WITH YOUR CYCLE

If you are a person with a menstrual cycle, then you already know that you don’t have the same energy and movement needs each week of the month. I created these offerings so we can get our practice in while honoring the natural ebbs and flows of the body. As always, I encourage you to listen to YOUR body, but here is how I am syncing up these practices with my cycle:

  • YIN: recommended for your menstruation phase, days 1-5 of your cycle (when you have your period). During this time we typically have more pain and discomfort in our bodies, so gentle movement might feel good, but keep it slow and grounded.

  • FLOW: recommended for your follicular phase, days 6-13 of your cycle. During this time we typically have our highest energy of the month and it can feel good to get more rigorous movement in.

  • STRETCH: recommended for your ovulation phase, this is a quick phase (1-2 days) and lands right smack in the middle of your cycle. During this time it feels good to get into our bodies, but we also may experience some pain, cramps, and tenderness.

  • CALM: recommended for your luteal phase, which is the time right before your period (days 15-28). This is when most folks experience PMS symptoms including fatigue, bloating, and mood swings. I know for me this is when my anxiety acts up, which is why I put nervous system regulation in this slot!
