Updates

Do you remember when I wrote this post about busy work? I'm thinking about that as I'm at the tail-end of one of those days (maybe a few days...) where I've just been kinda spinning my wheels and feeling a bit frustrated to have little to show for it. Grateful for the friends who let me bounce all my ideas (and all 1,800 iterations of the resulting plans) off of them. Thanks guys!

All this to say that I'm working on simplifying some things, encouraging myself to do a little less and stop the busy work. It's been so easy for me to use yoga and my work as a way to stay distracted and occupied when the universe is telling all of us to press pause and pay more attention.

I thought that my streamlining effort was going to come with a new membership site for all the online classes I've been offering, but I haven't found quite the right platform and - as one friend pointed out - the current system ain't broke. I've been loving sharing these classes with you all, even when you take the class after it's been recorded and posted and you just send me a note after to say you dug it! In a way I feel even more connected to you than ever :)

There will be some edits to the weekly schedule starting next week:

Chill flow @ 11am Tuesdays
Yin/Restorative @ 7:15pm Wednesdays
Live Meditation @ 11am Thursdays
Power Flow @ 11am Fridays
Live Meditation @ 10:30am Sundays

The membership idea is on pause for now, but the content was getting a bit unruly so I did a big overhaul of the page and am pretty proud to present you with the new LAZY WELLNESS CLASS LIBRARY. Thank you for your continued practice and support!

Along with the new library I'm also releasing the INTRO TO YOGA WORKSHOP and a mini-workshop on how to STEP THRU FROM DOWN DOG. Both were special requests and both were so fun for me to make! If you're reading this there's a good chance you're already comfortable on a yoga mat, but this Intro workshop would be great to send to your loved one(s) to help them get started!!

Intention for the week ahead: cut the busy work. What are you doing that doesn't really need to be done?

xoxo,
m.
