What do I do?

I've been in the coaching industry for about 6 years now, and I have to say something I've struggled with the whole time is the vagueness of *what* coaching is. My own coaching included! I've always had a hard time really explaining my offering, even though I'm a very concrete thinker and I need tangible elements to wrap my head around.

Today, my aim is to do just that: I'm giving you my step-by-step process on how I work, and in turn, how I help people change their lives. I've seen some pretty incredible transformations in my time and I'm done with being shy about it. I've spent about 8 years accumulating these tools, and some of them (ahem- human design) could have really helped me back when I was feeling lost AF and *desperate* for change. So now I'm thrilled to have them all in a neatly bundled package for you.

I liken my program to a wardrobe makeover, so bear with me as I weave in this analogy...

1. First thing we would do is assess: Where are you now? What's your personality? What's your current life (or wardrobe) look like? What do you love, and what makes you feel like shit?

This is where we really get to know WHO YOU ARE. We look at your Human Design chart, and ask questions I didn't know to ask myself until I was almost 30 (and many others don't ask themselves until 40, 50, 60, or... never). We start to realize why you do the things you do, why you're drawn to certain items, and why you just haven't fit the mold you've been trying to jam yourself into for god-knows-how-long! It's kinda like the "big picture" phase, where we step back and take it all in, so we can ultimately take it all apart and redo :)

2. Next, we'll do just that: the editing process. Now we know who you are, what you love and what you don't, we can start to make cuts. Toss the sweater you feel obligated to wear because your Grandma gave it to you, donate those jeans that make you feel anything less than FIERCE. What are the wardrobe staples you need to build your foundation? What are your values and non-negotiables in your life, and how do we build your life *around* those, instead of hoping and praying that you'll have time for those things after EVERYTHING ELSE is done (we all know there's never time "left over").

This is an important phase because we're not just clearing the clutter in your home or in your calendar, but we're deep diving into your subconscious limiting beliefs. We're reprograming that stuff you've picked up that ISN'T REALLY YOU, but is instead what society told you to be. We're giving you permission to step fully into your most authentic self. You'll need to rest and hydrate well during this phase! #notjoking

3. Finally, we rebuild. This is the part of the makeover where you'd go out and buy new clothes (yay!). We start to try things on, see how they fit, make those final tweaks to find your new identity and lifestyle. You are now really clear on what you want, we call it in with manifestation and pure action. You leave your comfort zone. You take steps towards your goals, and begin to see the roadmap laid out ahead of you. It no longer feels a million lifetimes away - it's there, within reach, and you can see the next few steps to take.

This being the final phase, I also like to talk about what to do when we're all done. How will you continue to implement these tools on your own? How will you stay accountable, and manifest even bigger things once these things have arrived? We set you up to be your own coach, to stay centered, to stay true to the biggest and bestest version of you.

How did I do - pretty clear? I hope so. If this sounds like something you need or WANT in your life, schedule your free call today. I have just two spots open for new clients at the moment, and I'd love to connect with anyone who is committed and READY to make that change.

Sending you so much love, wherever you are on your journey!

xoxo,
m.
